InternationalErasmus for studies step by step
- December: on the webpage https://en.unisi.it/international/mobility-abroad/study-and-research-abroad/erasmus-studies it is published the list of destinations for the next notice of selection, as for the students to see it
- January: on the webpage https://en.unisi.it/international/mobility-abroad/study-and-research-abroad/erasmus-studies it is launched the notice of selection, and the application procedure is opened on the “segreteria on-line”
- February: closing of the application procedure. Afterwards it takes place the evaluation of merit score and proficiency in foreign languages. Coordinators of each destination may hold interviews with students
- March: on the webpage https://en.unisi.it/international/mobility-abroad/study-and-research-abroad/erasmus-studies it is published the list of assignees of the destinations and grants
- From April to November (the period is different depending on the Host University and the semester of the mobility): application procedure of the Host University. The Host University will reach directly each student.
MOBILITY PHASES

- Fill the Learning Agreement
- Fill the Grant Agreement
- Fill the Disclaimer
- Take the OLS (Online Language Support) test
- During the mobility (more info on the webage https://en.unisi.it/international/mobility-abroad/study-and-research-abroad/erasmus-studies/during-mobility)
- Erasmus certificate (with the starting date)
- Travel ticket
- Exceptional changes on the Learning Agreement
- Possible mobility period extension
- After the mobility (more info on the webpage https://en.unisi.it/international/mobility-abroad/study-and-research-abroad/erasmus-studies/after-mobility): (in the 10 days after the end of the mobility)
- Erasmus certificate (with both starting and ending dates)
- Return Travel ticket
- Learning Agreement
- Complete the on-line individual Report (each student will receive it by e-mail)
