In compliance with the new regulations, University of Siena relates certificates which are effective and usable only among private parties and not for Public Administrations or private providers of public services.
To obtain a certificate you can:
1 - Go to the student office desk of your department providing:
- ID card
- Application form with tax stamp (€ 16)
- One stamp for each certificate required
2 - Authorize a trusted person to get the certificate for you by going to the student office desk providing:
- Proxy letter (including name of delegated person with birth place and date) signed by you
- Delegated person must present a valid ID
- A copy of your ID card
- Application form with tax stamp (€ 16)
- One stamp for each certificate required

ATTENTION: Change of administrative procedures for Degrees of a.y. 2019/20
We inform that new administrative procedures, relating to the graduation application and the remaining documentation to be produced , are being finalized, starting from the session of July 2020 (a.y. 2019/20).
So, we kindly ask you to check the site daily; the new rules will be published as soon as possible, and in any case in the next few days.
In the meantime, it is possible to send the declaration for thesis acceptance form (necessary for the activation of the anti-plagiarism procedure) via email according to the "old" procedure.
