APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

The partner universities send the International Relations Division – [email protected] – the names of students selected in accordance with their internal regulations. They must attach the following documents:

  • application form

  • Copy of the high school diploma

  • Copy of the Bachelor's degree (with marks)

  • Master's programme enrolment certificate

  • Transcript of records issued by the partner university at the end of the first year of study

  • passport or identity card

  • Language certifice (level B2 in English or Italian, depending on the language of the double degree programme).

  • Proposed learning agreement (Erasmus students only)

Applicants shall be assessed by the academic coordinators of the double degree programmes, along with the reference Students and Course Administration Offices.

Once the acceptance decision has been made, the International Relations Division will send the letter of acceptance to the student and his/her university.

► Accepted students must then complete the Application form for incoming students

Fees and dues

Incoming double degree students shall be exempt from fees.

They shall only have to pay, at the time of enrolment at Unisi, the 16 euro virtual revenue stamp (for the academic year 2020-2021).

Incoming DD students must sit the degree final exam by the official deadline of the academic year in which they are enrolled (e.g. the deadline for AY 2020-2021 is 30 April 2022).

Students who fail to graduate by the deadline may renew their enrolment by paying the required university fee.

Learning Agreement

As DD students follow a set curriculum, they don't normally need to prepare a Learning Agreement.

There are four circumstances in which students must prepare a LA:

  1. when the DD student is also an Erasmus student;

  2. when dealing with changes to the educational offerings of the two universities;

  3. when they must choose from a group of courses

  4. when the home university requests it

In these cases the Programme Coordinator will sign the section dedicated to the host university (the receiving institution).

SERVICES FOR INCOMING DD STUDENTS
