During the mobility

The receiving organisation is requested to send it by e-mail to [email protected] with the start date of training activities.

At the same time, the trainee is requested to send the travel ticket or a signed declaration with personal data, reason of the ticket lack and the date of host country border crossing via google form (login to google with the university email).

Failure will prevent the payment procedure.

IMPORTANT. The arrival in the receiving country cannot follow the date declared in the Erasmus certificate
