MANDATORY PROCEDURES AFTER THE MOBILITY

Within 10 days after the end of the mobility, THE RECEIVING ORGANISATION has to send to [email protected]: 

1) Erasmus certificate with arrival and depature dates (1 pdf)

2) Learning agreement in one pfd file (1 pdf with the whole document)

 

THE TRAINEE has to send via google form (loging to google with the university email):

3) Return travel ticket

 

IMPORTANT. The date in the return ticket cannot be earlier than the end of activities declared in the Erasmus certificate

 

Transmissions differing from the above mentioned procedure will be rejected.

4) In order to assess the host institution quality, we would be grateful if the trainee could fill the survey.

Host organisation assessment

For mobilities before graduation, the hardcopy of the Learning agreement must be handed to the Students' office in order to complete the recognition procedure.

For the mobilities after graduation, the hardcopy of the Learning agreement must be kept by the student.

The student will receive a link by e-mail from a .eu domain to complete the on-line individual report in the next 15 days. The compilation is mandatory.

Disregard for the procedure will not allow the University to transfer the final balance of the grant or lead to a return of the grant received so far.

FINAL PAYMENT

The final payment is transferred, if due, after the sending and filling requested above.

 

ATTENTION

- The date on the return ticket cannot be earlier than the mobility end date declared on the Erasmus Certificate

- In no case can the period indicated on the Erasmus Certificate be less than 2 months for long-term mobility or less than 5 days for short-term mobility. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the cancellation of the mobility and the repayment of all funds received

  • - If the actual mobility period completed is shorter than the duration specified in the financial agreement, the final grant payment (balance) will be calculated based on the dates on the Erasmus Certificate

  • - If the actual mobility period completed is longer by a maximum of 5 days than the duration specified in the financial agreement, the final grant payment (balance) will still be calculated based on the dates on the Erasmus Certificate
