Applying to the University of Siena for an evaluation of candidate’s qualifications is easy. You can apply via our online application system and the evaluation will be communicated within approximately one month, after the closing date of the related intake. The application fee is 40 euros per course. After the registration, for further entries in your online application you just need to sign in with your personal access code. Please, note that you can work on your application throughout the intake period for applications.

Before enrolling online, EU citizens, non- EU citizens and with foreign degrees must receive provisory authorization from the appropriate staff at the URP – International Place, who will check academic certifications and permits of stay. Non-EU students residing abroad waiting for or already in possession of an entry visa for study purposes must send – to the URP and International Place – by e-mail to the address [email protected] copy of the documents useful for enrolment in order to receive the necessary authorization to register online under conditions. In order to obtain the above-mentioned provisory authorization, students must send an email, attaching the following documentation to their request:
Non-EU citizens
- Pdf file of Dream Apply
- Your Universitaly application
- Copy of passport with student visa
- Certified copy of your high school diploma or undergraduate degree
- Transcript of records (with translation) by the appropriate secondary school/University or Diploma supplement issued by the University you graduated from
- Certificate declaring the pass grade of an eventual special academic competence exam eventually required for entry to University in your Country of origin
- Certificates from the Italian ENIC-NARIC Centre (CIMEA), "Certificate of Comparability" and "Verification of Certification". Any declarations of value issued by the competent diplomatic representations or other useful attestation in order to verify the elements of the foreign qualification may be considered if produced along with the "Verification of Certification" issued by CIMEA.apply.unisi.it/contents/content/22-cimea
- If available, we recommend you to send an appropriate language certification
EU and EU-equated citizens
- Pdf file of Dream Apply (if available)
- Residence permit (only for equivalent)
- Copy of passport
- Certified copy of your high school diploma or undergraduate degree
- Transcript of records (with translation) by the appropriate secondary school/University or Diploma supplement issued by the University you graduated from
- Date of submission / application for a scholarship / accommodation application to the DSU (if applicable)
- Certificate declaring the pass grade of an eventual special academic competence exam eventually required for entry to University in your Country of origin
- Certificates from the Italian ENIC-NARIC Centre (CIMEA), "Certificate of Comparability" and "Verification of Certification".
