SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PALESTINE
The University of Siena considers the promotion of values such as dialogue, justice and peace as part of the university's mission. The news arriving daily from Israel and Palestine since last October is astounding. The reported number of innocent victims and the scale of the destruction strike us deeply. As a tangible sign of our solidarity towards a population so heavily and unjustly affected, Unisi has decided to allocate scholarships to Palestinian students for enrollment in one of the degree courses offered at the University of Siena.
Application: applicants must send an e-mail to [email protected], using the following subject: Scholarship for Palestine, attaching:
- the Just Peace Unisi scholarship form for Palestine;
- the education/degree certificate or a self-declaration, if reliable supporting documents totally o partially lack;
- copy of the identity card/passport.
Deadline: Application can be submitted from 9th to 31th July.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CRISIS AREAS
The University of Siena considers the promotion of values such as dialogue, justice and peace as part of the university's mission. Also this year the University of Siena, within the Just Pece Unisi Project, is providing scholarships to students coming from Crisis Areas.
With the important financial contribution of the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena, there will be further n. 6 scholarships – in addition to those already provided – for students coming from crisis areas and/or seeking international protection.
