The reservation must be made within the previous day. Subsequent bookings may not be served.

In case you cannot attend the virtual meeting booked, please cancel the reservation out of respect for your colleagues and the office.

Enter the calendar by clicking on the link with your university account (check the top right corner of the calendar), choose the day and time band (slot), indicate which mobility you would like us to make the booking for (Erasmus for studies Europa, Erasmus for studies extra- Europe, Erasmus for traineeship).

You will receive an email with the details and the link for the gmeet (please, ignore the phone number).
