REFUGIO meeting room
Capacity 40 people
Is a room on the ground floor, very bright and comfortable. It has a long table for speakers and chairs in rows with flap; it is equipped with pc, screen, video projector and flipchart.
If the payer is a cost center of the University of Siena: 80.00 euro per day with equipment included.
If the rooms are paid by an external institution: 80.00 euro + 22% VAT per day, equipment included.
VAT at 22% is added to the prices if the meeting room is paid by an external institution. In this case the drafting of a supply contract services is required, available on the attachment spot at the bottom.
COUNCIL meeting room
Capacity 25 seats
Is a large living room on the second floor, with a horseshoe-shaped table. Upon request, it is possible to supply a video projector and a flipchart to it.
If the payer is a cost center of the University of Siena: 80.00 euro per day with equipment included.
If the rooms are paid by an external institution: : 80.00 euro + 22% VAT per day, equipment included.
VAT at 22% is added to the prices if the meeting room is paid by an external institution. In this case the drafting of a supply contract services is required, available on the attachment spot at the bottom.
If the payer is a financial center of the University:
Single room: 50.00 euro per room per night;
Twin/double room: 80.00 euro per room per night;
Triple room: 130.00 euro per room per night.
Any direct payment from guests will have the same rates as the University ones, but with the addition of 22% VAT.
If the payer is an institution outside the University:
Single room: 60.00 euro + 22% VAT per room per night;
Twin/Double room: 90.00 euro + 22% VAT per room per night;
Triple room: 130.00 euro +22% VAT per room per night.
Rates include private bathroom, bed linen and towels, WiFi, daily room cleaning.
The prices are discounted by 15% if the stay is more than 15 consecutive nights.
For each service that is paid by an external body, all necessarily own downloadable services required decorating supply contract signed on the attachment spot at the bottom.
Any type of meal can only be booked for a minimum of 20 people.
Breakfast: 5.00 euro per person; coffee, cappuccino, tea, fruit juice, still and sparkling water, bread, biscuits, yogurt, croissant, butter, jam, honey, chocolate spread, corn flakes and fruit.
Coffee breaks with only hot and cold drinks: 5.00 euro per person; coffee, cappuccino, tea, fruit juice, still and sparkling water.
Coffee breaks with hot and cold beverages and pastries: 6.00 euro per person; coffee, cappuccino, tea, fruit juice, still and sparkling water, biscuits.
BUFFET lunch or dinner with table seats: 18.00 euro per person: hot pasta dish, a second hot dish, a side dish, bread, fruit/fruit salad or dessert, wine, water and coffee;
Lunch or dinner with table service: 25.00 euros per person: aperitif with appetizers, four entrees, two first warm, one second, two side dishes, fruit/fruit salad or dessert, bread, wine, sparkling wine, water, coffee.
Other types of meal can be provided and quoted upon request.

The services can be reserved ONLY after sending the following data of the payer:
- nominee and bill paying;
- payer's full address and VAT number (if different from the University of Siena);
- tax code of the payer (if different from the University of Siena).
