Describe the organization of cerebrospinal fluid cavities (lateral ventricles, III and IV ventricle), the sites of production (in particular choroid plexuses) and disposal of CSF and its circulation. AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM: organization of sympathetic and parasympathetic divisions (thoracolumbar and craniosacral outflow, preganglionic and postganglionic neurons, hints on their neurotransmitters, ganglia, plexuses and nerves, transmission of impulses and functions), enteric nervous system system and its functional meaning. PERIPHERAL NERVOUS SYSTEM: -ENCEPHALIC NERVES: describe the following encephalic nerves (nuclei of origin or arrival of their components, function and course, main branches and their territories of distribution): olfactory, oculomotor, trochlear, trigeminal, abducens, facial, vestibulocochlear, glossopharyngeal, vagus, accessory and hypoglossal nerve. SPINAL NERVES: general organization, roots, concept of dermatomes and myotomes. Posterior rami of spinal nerves.
