Knowing and program supervision and control of food and beverages from
production to consumption, considering whether to proceed to subsequent specialist investigations;
Promoting supervisory and control actions in terms of hygiene and veterinaryhealth;

Be able to identify the need to investigate and inquiries for accidents and occupational diseases.
