cytology, histology, anatomy:
characteristic of the plant cell organelles (wall, vacuole, plastids) and their functions, types of tissues, embryonic and adult cell differentiation, anatomy of stem, root and leaf, flower and fruit
soil and mineral nutrition:
what is the soil, micro and macronutrients, biogeochemical cycles, the water cycle, the nitrogen cycle, mineral absorption
Movement of nutrients and water in the plant:
Xylem sap and phloem sap, their transfer in the body of the plant
Metabolism and growth:
Photosynthesis and its various adaptations, integration organ and plant hormones,
like plants "feel" the external environment, how plants respond to environmental stresses
The diversity of the plant world:
The kingdom of protists, algae: characteristics of the main city taxa and their reproduction
The kingdom of fungi: characteristics of the main taxa and their reproduction
