The aim is to show student origin and evolution of constitutional structures of Rome, together with the rise and development of fundamental civil law institutes, upon many of which is based our actual civil code.
The course is aimed to offer a full view on main institutes of private Roman law, in context with historical facts that made Rome rise and fall through the ancient age.
