The first module is composed of frontal lectures on the topic of European postmedieval archaeology and of the COIL activity.
In particular, this will last four weeks and it will run in parallel with the teaching activity.
Duing the first week the students will make icebreaking activity. The teachers will give two open lectures to both classes on methodological issues concerning the study of post medieval archaeology
During the second week the students will make a research with the students of teh other class.
During the third week the students will work in groups to develop their research.
During the fourth week the students will make a final report on the work done as a video-presentation.
The second module will run in parallel with the COIL. It will be composed of two parts. In the first one the teacher will give the students some frontal lectures on case studies that allow to understand the contribute of archaeology to study modern globalisation. Then, the students will be asked to choose two papers among those uploaded in the moodle platform and have a critical reading to propose to the class.
