This course aims to provide the student with the knowledge that will allow him an extended approach to the job's psichology. Initially the epistemological bases of the discipline will be introduced, a brief introduction to its historical development and an overview of the methods of research in occupational psychology.
With the aim of offering a broader view of the classical themes of occupational psychology, the following topics will be introduced and analyzed:
1) Motivation and motivational theories. Self-efficacy and motivational incentive to work. Motivation, work stress and role pathologies.
2) Group and work group. From group definition to team definition: the importance of social soft skills (from communication skills to leadership skills)
3) The diversity managment. The problem of inclusion and the organizational approach to disability
