Annual cycle of plenary lessons with an interactive component (48 hours), integrated by small-group “esercitazioni”, also on an annual basis, and self-study.
Based on Unisi regulations in place during the teaching period, classes will be held either at the campus or online (via either WebEx or GMeet).
Between one class session and another, students will normally carry out short translations or other assignments. In
addition, they are expected to autonomously work on grammar consolidation and vocabulary building which are key to dealing with the translation of increasingly complex texts. Given the nonlinear character of language learning and the applied nature of the course, regular attendance of lessons and participation in related activities are highly recommended.
Class activities are integrated by a course dedicated e-learning space on Moodle, where all distributed materials will be made available, which students (be they attending or non-attending) are requested to consult
on a regular basis. This space will be accessible on the USiena Integra
platform at the following url:

Students are also encouraged to use the digital resources for
autonomous learning available via the RiDIG archive and the Arezzo
