The intermediate test will evaluate the knowledge of the following topics: The ownership structure and the general profiles of the bodies of joint stock companies.
In the final test the knowledge of the following topics will be evaluated: organization of listed companies, groups of companies, company financing and the market of corporate control and the discipline of takeover.
The evaluation of the final exam will be carried out taking into consideration:
knowledge of institutional profiles;
the ability to analyze jurisprudential and doctrinal orientations;
the ability to make connections between the different parts of the program;
the ability to develop critical arguments;
the articulation of the exhibition;
the accuracy of the exposure.
