The online course begins on September 21 and consists mainly in the oral explanation, by the teacher, of the main notions of the subject. We pursue, during the online lessons, the interaction with students, urging them to answer questions and ask, also in order to verify the level of understanding of the topics covered.
For the main topics, the theoretical profile is enriched by the discussion of practical cases from Italian and European jurisprudence.
Attendance at the online course is recommended.
