The course aims to prepare students
-to know and understand basic and non-basic statistical elements in order to understand and make appropriate use of the statistical methods which will be used to collect, organize and process data;
-to apply these statistical methods and, subsequently, to interpret the results of the analyses (also through the use of software R).
At the end of the learning process, students should have knowledge and skills to carry out and evaluate research in the social sciences.
All stages of the research process will be studied with particular emphasis on research design, data analysis and interpretation of results.
With regard to evaluation, particular attention will be paid to the data quality
