The course of Sustainable Development Law is structured in two parts.
The first part will be devoted to the analysis of the sustainable development concept with a inter-disciplinary approach combining legal, economic, ecologic and social dimensions.
The second part will be focused on the analysis of the main challenges and the main sectoral legislation which constitutes “sustainable development law” and “environmental law”(climate change, energy, waste and hazardous substances, biodiversity, procedural legislation). The course will consist in both frontal lectures and in seminars with the full and active participation of students.
