The exam is written and aims at verifying whether students have learned and understood the theoretical concepts and the applied skills taught during the course. It includes open and multiple choice questions, exercises and true/false questions. The exam may be taken in one of the following two ways:
a) Two partial examinations.
To pass the exam, students must get at least 18/30 in each of the two partial examinations. The final grade will be the average of the grades of the two partials, each receiving a weight of 50%.
b) One general examination on all the topics included in the syllabus.
c) Students have the opportunity of writing a financial ratio analysis. By doing that, they can add at most 1.2 points to their final grade. This is valid only for students who pass the exam by taking the two partials, the first and the second general exam.
