In mid-December 2017 is expected an intermediate test in writing. The test will be divided into two parts: A) the first part consists of 20 multiple choice questions divided into 5 groups: 1) enterprise; 2) competition, rights of privacy and publicity; 3) contracts; 4) debt instruments; 5) insolvency. B) the second part will consist of three open questions. The time allowed to complete the answers is 60 minutes. The evidence could be considered on two conditions: a) exceeded that for the first part there are at least 12 correct answers and that the 12 correct answers are spread on various topics in such a way that at least 4 of the five groups of questions the majority is correct. In order to discourage the answers given by chance-in the count will incur a penalty of 0.5 point for a wrong answer. b) it is mandatory to answer correctly at least one open question. The written exam restricts the oral exam only the part relating to the company (or this part more that one part of the intermediate test not be exceeded in the written test) unless you complete the exam in the session immediately following the course (January-February 2018) or in the spring session of 2018 if it comes to students outside class. Methods and validity of INTERMEDIATE TEST ORAL
The student can support an intermediate test orally on the same topics scheduled for the written exam in each of the prescribed examination sessions from January 2018 to September 2018. The validity of the oral intermediate test goes to the second exam date by September 2018 if the student is going on and until the exam date of October 2018 if the student is off course.
