Learning test is carried out in two times: the former during the cours and the latter at the end of the course.
Intermediate written exam with open questions.
1) The intermediate exam consists in a written test including open questions on the part of the programme so far explained (objectives and rationale for financial regulation, area of application of financial law; prudential supervision; investment services and activities and financial investment firms). The text may include the analysis of a hypothetical case to be solved by suitable financial rules. This test weights 40% in the final score.
2) The final exam is written with open questions, too, and may include a hypothetical case to be solved. It deals with the remaining part of the programme: conduct of business regulation, collective management of savings, intermediaries' crisis, thetrading venues, public tender offers and offers to the public.
