The Course also focuses on the analysis of the evolution of Management Control System toward a better integration with the strategic planning. More specifically, it includes the analysis of the Master Plan, and introduces the Balanced Scorecard, taking into consideration its role for business governance and administration.
Then, the focus is on the Reclassification of Balance Sheet and Income Statement, the Ratio Analysis, and the Cash Flow Statement (“synthetic” type of CFS). In this way, the Course aims to develop abilities useful for the application of performance measurement tools in order to gather and interpret data on the “health conditions” of an enterprise and to elaborate adequate “therapies”.
