After the mobility starting date registered, the student must send the certificate to [email protected] together with the copy of the boarding pass or other travel ticket.
Exceptional changes to the Learning agreement
In case of changes in the programme, the student must fill the section During the mobility within 2 months from the arrival.
Mobility period extension
In case the student wants to extend the mobility period, the extension must be approved by the Coordinator of the Receving University and the President of the Education Board of the University of Siena by signing the form. The student will send the form to [email protected] up to 15 days before the mobility end date declared in the grant agreement.
